Getting a copy

For this reunion we'll be going back to the classic that started it all, the original Return to Castle Wolfenstein. We realize that it may be a bit hard for some people to dig up their old copies of RTCW and to get them working, but we're certain it will be worth it to go another round on some of our all-time favorite maps. If your copy of Wolfey is long gone, then we've scrounged up some links around Amazon that will hopefully help you track down a cheap copy.

United States / United Kingdom / Canada

There aren't many copies available in Canada, so any Canadians might be better off ordering from the USA. Plus, there's always eBay and craigslist if you don't see what you need above. All-in-all, almost anyone should be able to pick up a new copy for pocket change.

Game Info

As mentioned above, we'll be running the original Return to Castle Wolfenstein. The map rotation currently stands as follows:
  • beach
  • assault
  • sub
  • depot
  • base
  • ice
  • castle
  • destruction
  • chateau
  • tram
  • dam
  • marketgarden
  • rocket
  • keep
  • village
  • theriver
  • trenchtoast

We're open to suggestions on other maps, but we want to keep the aftermarket maps and other downloads to a minimum so that those who are installing RTCW fresh for this won't have to spend forever downloading things. Most of the above maps are from stock RTCW, the GOTY pack, or are classics which are available in the downloads section of this site.

Sever Info

Our server (208.43.15.15:27960) is located in Texas, so hopefully it's central enough that everyone will ping decently. Please feel free to drop by anytime before the reunion, then let us know of any problems you find or changes you would like. We have decided to run Shrubmod because it gives us a little more admin control over the users, and it's server-side only so that nobody will need to hassle with downloading and installing the mod. We plan to keep the settings fairly close to vanilla RTCW.
